FM Approvals

FM Approvals

The comprehensive FG-ALS4-OD system, including fuel diesel oil sensing cables and associated accessories (junction boxes, leading cable, termination), is FM certified for its full functionality in May 2024.
The full range of fuel sensing cables, such as FG-OD, FG-ODR, FG-ODC, and FG-ODC+, is FM-approved. All the listed products have undergone and successfully passed rigorous testing under extreme conditions, including high humidity, intense dust, vibration, and temperature fluctuations.


ATEX, IECEx

ATEX, IECEx

TTK offers a full range of ATEX & IECEx-certified addressable sensing cables. They comply with stringent regulations for being installed in explosive environments and hazardous locations.

In Europe, equipment which is for use in or intended to be connected to equipment used in a potentially explosive atmosphere is required to be of a specific design such as flameproof, increased safety, intrinsically safe, etc.

While ATEX is a mandatory application limited to Europe, IECEx is an international certification accepted in other countries/regions.

TTK has obtained the ATEX and ICECx standards.

TTK’s FG-NET digital water leak detection system* is FM approved since December 2020.
FM Approvals is an international leader in third-party testing and certification services. 

*: FG-NET system includes the digital panel, water, acid sensing cables and connection accessories.

TTK oil leak detection sense cables and point sensor are certified IP68, per the isulation level against the penetration of water and dust.

UL stands for safety.
Products marked with UL ensure public safety and confidence, reduce costs, improve quality and market products and services.
TTK FG-SYS and FG-NET systems are UL Listed.
TTK FG-ALS4, FG-ALS4-OD, FG-ALS8, FG-ALS8-OD panels are UL Listed.


IECEE

FG-NET digital unit meets the requirements of the IEC system for mutual recognition of test certificates for electrical equipment (IECEE) CB sheme.

TUV

TTK product meets the requirements of the Equirement Safety Law and was tested according to IEC 61010-1/A2: 1995


CE

CE

The CE Marking is a marking which signifies Declaration by the Responsible Party (usually the manufacturer) that a product is compliant with all appropriate European Union New Approach Directives, such as the ATEX, Low Voltage, EMC and Machinery Directives.
TTK products are CE marked.


NFPA 262 (or UL 910)

TTK relevant sensing cable is certificated by NFPA (known as UL 910) since 2007.

UL719 ABRASION TEST DECLARATION

UL719 ABRASION TEST DECLARATION

FG-EC/FG-ECS/FG-ECX, FG-AC/FG-ACS/FG-ACX and FG-OD/FG-ODC/FG-ODR sense cables have passed successfully the UL719 test for abrasion resistance of jacket on flat cable in 2019.

TTK products are comply to the following certification standards:

  • EN61000-6-2: – Immunity for industrial environments
  • EN61000-6-3:  – Emission standard for residential, commercial and light-industrial environments
  • EN61000-3-2: – Limits for harmonic current emissions
  • EN61000-3-3: – Limitation of voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and flicker in public low-voltage supply systems, for equipment with rated current ≤16 A per phase and not subject to conditional connection
